Firm Obtains Stay In Appellate Court Of Order Directing Receiver To Sell Marital Home

On April 16, 2024, Law Office of Ethan A Brecher LLC obtained on behalf of its client a stay in the Appellate Division, First Department, of a lower court’s order directing the appointment of a receiver to sell a marital residence in a divorce case and of an on-going contempt hearing against the Firm’s client pending a full appeal.
