On January 4, 2024, the New York Appellate Division, First Department issued an opinion upholding on behalf Law Office of Ethan A Brecher LLC’s (and his co-counsel’s) clients their breach of fiduciary duty claims and reinstated their fraud claims against a real estate investment manager (and affiliated persons). The Firm’s clients are investors who made a seven-figure investment in a real estate project in Brooklyn, NY, and contend they were misled into investing in the project.
