It is with great satisfaction that I announce the affirmance by New York’s Appellate Division, First Department, , of a summary judgment ruling awarding the Firm’s client 1,148 shares in the startup company Society Pass Inc. (Nasdaq: SOPA). The valuation of these shares is currently under review in an ongoing valuation hearing, where the Firm’s client claims that each share is valued at $5,763.
