FIRM WINS $1,082,078.91 JUDGMENT ON STOCK WARRANTS AND UNPAID SALARY CLAIMS FOR EMPLOYEE IN A TECH START-UP

On December 26, 2023 the New York State Supreme Court entered a Judgment totaling $1,082,078.91 for Law Office of Ethan A Brecher LLC's client, the former CTO of a technology start firm, in connection with stock warrants and salary that he claimed were owed to him. On March 14, 2024, the Court denied the company's motion for reargument. The company has appealed and posted a bond to cover the full Judgment pending the appeal.
