NEW YORK SUPREME COURT FINDS INVESTORS IN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FUND WERE WRONGFULLY DENIED MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS IN THE FUND

In March 2024, the New York State Supreme Court granted summary judgment for Law Office of Ethan A Brecher LLC's clients, directing that they were entitled to a declaratory judgment that they were a members of a pooled real estate investment vehicle over the fund manager's objection.
