EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION
The Firm represents primarily individuals in a broad range of employment litigation (in court and arbitration) against their current and former employers across a range of industries, including financial services, hedge funds, medical, media and entertainment, hospitality, and high technology.
Typical claims include ones involving unpaid compensation and wages (especially unpaid bonuses and commissions, equity coompnesation includingwarrants and options); promissory notes; non-compete, non-soliciatation and confidentiality agreements; discrimination (including wrongful dismissal, harassment and retaliation); defamation; and wrongful termination involving whistleblowers (including claims under Dodd-Frank and Sarbanes-Oxley).
The Firm also represents individuals with whistleblower claims involving securities and tax fraud.
